You are not obliged to provide any information requested of you although failure to do so may compromise the quality of your health care and treatment. Cancellation fee

When an appointment is made, our practitioners reserve time, space and energy to care just for you. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we request that you provide us with 24 hours notice so that we may offer your appointment time to another person who is in need. This notice also allows our practitioners to plan their time efficiently. Failure to provide 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment will attract a charge equal to 100% of the regular appointment fee.
